Terms of Use

1. The Service

CineGrove streams serialized short-form video series. Some episodes are free to watch; others require an active CineGrove Premium subscription. Catalog availability may change over time.

2. Accounts

The app may create an account identifier for your device automatically (no email required) so your watch progress and purchases can follow you. You are responsible for the devices you use with the Service. If sign-in options are offered later, you are responsible for keeping those credentials secure.

3. Subscriptions and billing

CineGrove Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks premium episodes. Where available, the following applies:

• The price and renewal period (for example weekly, monthly, or annual) are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge is applied to your store account within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• “Restore Purchases” in the app re-links subscriptions already purchased with your store account.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store terms; we do not process payments or store your payment card details.

4. Content and intellectual property

All content on the Service — including series, episodes, artwork, names, and branding — belongs to Citadel Ten or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream the content for private, non-commercial viewing through the Service. You may not copy, record, download (except features we provide), redistribute, publicly perform, or create derivative works from the content.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the Service, circumvent access or playback protections, scrape the catalog, resell access, or use the Service in violation of applicable law.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Citadel Ten will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or harms the Service, and we may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice. Sections 4, 6, 7, and 9 survive termination.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah, unless the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
