Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account identifiers. The app creates an anonymous account identifier for your device so your watch progress and purchases can follow you. If sign-in options are offered later and you use them, we also receive the email address or sign-in identity you choose to share.
• Watch activity. Which episodes you watch and your playback position, so the Service can resume where you left off and show your continue-watching list.
• Purchase and subscription state. Whether your account holds an active subscription, which subscription product granted it, and when it expires. We never receive or store your payment card details — payments are processed by Apple or Google.
• Support communications. If you email us, we keep the correspondence.
• Technical data. Basic device and usage information needed to operate and secure the Service, such as app version and request logs.

2. How we use information

We use this information to provide the Service (streaming, resume, entitlements), to maintain and improve it, to answer support requests, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Service providers

We rely on a small number of processors to run the Service, each receiving only what their role requires:

• Supabase — hosts our application database and account system (account identifiers, watch activity, entitlement records).
• Mux — delivers video streams and provides playback quality analytics.
• RevenueCat — manages subscription state across the app stores (receives your account identifier and purchase events, never your card details).
• Apple and Google — process payments under their own terms and privacy policies.

4. Retention and deletion

We keep account, watch, and entitlement records while your account is active. Purchase event records are retained as required for financial record-keeping. You can request deletion of your data by emailing support@cinegrove.tv from the device or address associated with your account; we will verify and honor the request within a reasonable time, subject to records we must keep by law.

5. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has used the Service, contact us and we will delete the associated data.

6. Where data is processed

The Service is operated from the United States, and your information is processed there. If you use the Service from elsewhere, you understand your information is transferred to the US.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
